1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or representing a corporate entity, "Client") and Invoke Gulf ("Invoke Gulf", "we", "us", or "our"). By visiting our website, submitting an inquiry form, or executing a service engagement agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to these terms.
2 Scope of Services
Invoke Gulf provides corporate consultancy, advisory, and administrative facilitation services in the State of Qatar, including but not limited to:
- 100% Foreign Ownership company incorporation under Qatar Foreign Investment Law (Law No. 1 of 2019).
- Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) Commercial Registration (CR) and Trade Name approval.
- Articles of Association (AoA) drafting, Ministry of Justice notarization, and translations.
- Trade License, Municipality License, and Signboard permits.
- Establishment Card (Computer Card) and Ministry of Labour quota processing.
- Corporate banking introduction, documentation assembly, and KYC file support.
- Government liaison and Public Relations Officer (PRO) facilitation services.
- QFC (Qatar Financial Centre) and QFZA (Qatar Free Zones) business establishment.
3 Client Responsibilities & Document Accuracy
To enable timely and accurate processing, the Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, genuine, complete, and legally certified/attested documentation (including passports, powers of attorney, board resolutions, and certificates of incumbency) as requested.
- Ensure all nominated directors, shareholders, and authorized signatories have legal capacity and no regulatory restrictions under Qatar laws.
- Promptly respond to requests for supplementary paperwork, bank inquiries, or biometric / visa appointment attendances.
- Bear responsibility for any delays resulting from inaccurate, late, or non-attested client documentation.
4 Government Approvals & Third-Party Authorities
Invoke Gulf acts as an experienced professional facilitator and consultant. The Client acknowledges that:
- Final approvals, security clearances, name reservations, visa quotas, and statutory registrations remain under the sovereign authority and sole discretion of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI), Ministry of Interior (MOI), Ministry of Labour (MOL), and relevant Qatari government entities.
- Corporate bank account opening and approval remains subject to the independent internal compliance policies, AML/KYC checks, and board discretion of individual commercial banks.
- Invoke Gulf will use all diligent and professional efforts to expedite and optimize applications, but cannot guarantee decisions reserved strictly for sovereign or banking authorities.
5 Quotations, Fees & Payment Terms
Service fees and statutory government disbursements will be explicitly stated in the formal quotation or engagement contract:
- Professional Fees: Compensate Invoke Gulf for consultancy, drafting, processing, and facilitation work.
- Government & Municipal Disbursements: Actual fees charged by Qatari government entities, chambers, notary publics, and licensing authorities.
- Unless explicitly agreed in writing, government disbursements are billed at cost and advance payment may be required prior to submission of ministry applications.
6 Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to treat all business plans, financial records, corporate structures, trade secrets, and personal identity documents received during the engagement with absolute confidentiality. We will not disclose proprietary information except to authorized government registries or as required by law.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Qatari legislation, Invoke Gulf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from changes in statutory ministry fees, shifts in local regulatory frameworks, or third-party banking delays beyond our reasonable control.
8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any contractual dispute arising from our services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Qatar. The competent courts in Doha, Qatar shall hold exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
